Is to walk everyday at least 20 minutes. It makes a world of difference and will make you feel good. Do it first thing in the morning before it gets too hot.
Where I live I can sometimes walk to a incall in 15 minutes 1 direction. Coming back home going up the hill I get tried sometimes after the session lol.
