Not all negative feedback is legitimate, as well. Someone could say something terrible about anyone for any reason at any time.
Just like anything in life that involves spending money, take a bit of time and do some research and dig a bit. Open a dialog. Use your brain.

I read your thread and am shaking my head so hard I almost pulled a muscle.
Why, why, why are you guys so convinced that there is this much to suss out about us? Do you know how much work it takes to run a successful scam? Or, more importantly, do y'all know that there are quality women out there just waiting to share their graces with you if you'd only step back from the glow of the computer?
One list of names of people with stolen pictures should suffice. Lack of reviews/old reviews/few reviews have nothing to do with anything. Not every client is on TER. If I thought I could run a successful business without having my figure, personality, sexual skills and body fluids described in detail on the Internet, I would quite happily be review free and I tip my hat to the ladies who are.
You really can't figure out how a "good" and "bad" list would hurt providers? An unfortunate amount of men trust other men to do their research for them. They may put some stock in your bad list, and some woman who has no reviews/one review/whatever could take a hit to her business for no good reason.
You used to use me as your "example" and I *hated* it. Lots of people read these posts quickly in stolen moments, or just don't read carefully in general, and could easily take it to mean I'm an example of a fake.
I'm all for safety and being a savvy consumer, but armchair detective work and speculation can hurt our business. Put the right clothes on someone, and an innocent woman can get burned at the stake.
