This is absolutely a scammer. Avoid at all cost unless you want to waste your time. Sarah is a liar. Her friend that was with her was a african american transexual that tries to hide it and was not in the picture. It's a bait and switch scam she is pulling. Sarah talks on the phone and then once you go to her location this transexual comes out of nowhere. All along sarah is acting like she is busy with phone calls. She will be taking calls and not even interested that anyone is at her location.
