Found Charlotte on P411, looked at her website and read her reviews and thought about meeting her. She was very responsive (within a day) and went through the typical screening of a professional profile and reference through secure messages and then email. She was very eloquent, elegant and helpful all the way leading to the appointment at her Seattle meeting location.
