It's a closed environment. Very nice apartment. But the phone operator has some serious brain damage with very strong accents which are hard to understand. As a tourist from California, i struggled to find the main entrance. The retard was yelling dumb shit I told u it's the main gate on the phone. Customer service, well u be the judge.
