So all the other reviews seemed to talk about a booker.

In my case, either Momo, Yoona, or Pepsi answered the phone.

They want to do a back ground and for those of us who don't have many referances, it's a pain.

They don't do a background and then keep it--they want to do it the day you come and your referance needs to be around and available. Oh well, got it done and I told Yoona that she was my referance now, lol.

So head to Korea town not far from western and they r in a nice place.
