General Details

Was difficult to set up an appointment with this provider; not the initial appointment, but once I was in the area I called and was given poor directions, then asked to wait. It was over an hour before I got to meet her. She is not the girl in the pictures, unless being blonde and female counts as being the same girl. Overall, I'd say she's one to avoid completely.
