I came across Viv's ad (AKA Silver Vixen) and after reading her TER Reviews I decided to give her call. She was easy to reach and picked up right away. We chatted for a few mins on the phone, she's very friendly and also told me she visits Vegas often. I told her what I was looking for and then made plans to visit her that day.
