My latest experience with the lovely Violetta Michelle was a model of professionalism, from the initial contact via email to texting the day prior, half an hour prior, and minutes prior to tell me the number of the suite. That's not to say that it was perfunctory or brusque, but rather that I was left with the impression that she was eager to see me.
