Victoria texted me that she would be in my area in the next week. I went to the P411 website and saw when she was to be in town. I emailed her for an appointment and she responded immediately. I texted her an hour before the appointment time to confirm and to get the location. I texted her from the parking lot to get the room number and up I went.
