I contacted Tyrah through Preferred411. She responded promptly. We emailed each other a few times, then talked on the phone a couple times on the day of the appointment. She was very pleasing to talk to. A real sweetheart! When she arrived at my hotel, she couldn't find a parking spot do to a convention.
