General Details
I know she has a lot of good reviews on TER, but this was a disaster for me. TCB was pretty poor with large time gaps between responses, seemingly confusion over what we were arranging (time, location, session) and then not ready as agreed and rushing me out the door. She's older and it's starting to show. I will certainly not repeat and will encourage anyone on the fence to avoid as there are much better options out there.
