General Details

I called at 6pm to set up a 7:30p session. She agreed, then called back to change it to 7:45p. No problem. Since it was the usual 2 call system, I phoned back at 7:45p from a nearby location. No answer. It was 15 degrees outside. I waited for 10 minutes, then went inside an electronics store to wait. Nothing until I was about to throw in the towel at 8:20p. So I wasn't in the best of moods to start...
