Saw River's ad when she was in Philly recently, and since it'd been a while since I played with a TS I decided to go for it. Normal two call system in a nice hotel is a fairly decent location near the Convention Center. Was given her room number upon arrival and was pleased to be greeted at the door by a very attractive woman. VIPs, read on, but non-VIPers, her reviews are on point and accurate and I'd recommend her.
