Hate to write this review. Was in a pinch and was feeling it. I knew Kate worked at this spa in reseda on this certain day so I just went by. She answered the bell at the front door and I told her I wanted a TS. Anyways, I think Kate might be getting a bit burned out doing this. She isn’t personable at all anymore.
