I saw Celine twice, one month apart. The first time was good which led to the second time, which ended up a disappointment. The first time was at her incall and then I got the hotel the second time. For non VIP, she is as advertised a dominant top. Very business like but she is very good at being a top. Looks exactly like her pics. So if that is what you're looking for, she's good.
