General Details

Setup communications was responsive and straight-forward--booked for the following day and time. Got to site and things got a little sideways. She requested photos of the environment, which I sent...several times. For whatever reason, she was not receiving my photos (just text messages). This led to her getting frustrated with me, in that I couldn't understand what she was asking for. Nonetheless, we finally came to the conclusion of what was happening, and I was in the door. The gal standing there, was in fact the one in the pics...that was a well-received relief. Got relaxed and down to business....
