Reached out to Alison way in advance of my trip to Portland and she took awhile to respond but did a couple days before my trip and we had a plan in place to meet. I had numerous flight delays but she was very accommodating and were able to meet a couple hours later than planned (worked better for her as well).
One of my all-time best hours ever. Truly amazing. She's incredible.
