I called, made my appointment and found myself right where I needed to be in no time. On the phone she was very nice, chatty, and informative. Through some get to know each other conversation, she sounded warm and inviting, and candid. Very refreshing! Standard call once I got to the lobby, and elevator ride to her floor, and for NON-VIP's, I was a bit sketchy when she did not have a review on TER, but I would definitely recommend...
