We tentatively scheduled our session several days in advance by email. I telephoned that evening; the businesslike gal who answered (not her) said she'd come over to my home within the hour. When she arrived, I was surprised by her appearance - shorter and much stouter than pictured, really plain. Her main interest on arrival was to negotiate a higher-than-agreed fee, and to require me to sign a no refunds contract -- huge mistake...
