Arranged to meet Tesha via a series of texts. Plans fell through on the first day I tried, but two days later, I finally got it set up. While I thought she was being flaky, it turned out she was having issues with her phone, which I personally observed. All of her great reviews are well deserved. This is a lovely, personable, young woman who aims to please. I would repeat.
