Getting ok’d by Taylor can be a pretty time-consuming process, depending on how quickly your two references respond to her inquiries. All communication is via email until you’re approved and an appointment is actually set. She’ll give you the general area, then guide you in via your cell phone with a turn-by-turn narrative until you pull into her drive. Very nice neighborhood.. (What MUST the neighbors think?)
