I like this company a lot. Great girls, great service, always the call back to keep you apprised. So this in no way reflects on them. they can't control who does what or when. I saw Taylor only because my first choice was not available and I had past the point of no return... thought I might like the red hair and big bottom. . Maybe she was tired or having a bad day.
