This agency has been great. I'm not sure if the person who answers the phones has changed, but they have been professional and more reliable. Incredibly easy to make an appointment and quick response times. Tara was only a little late, but I certainly did not mind, particularly after I met her. She seemed a little taller than the 5'6 mentioned in the descriptions, but that may have been the heels.
