Texted to make an appointment a few days ahead on a Sunday. Tara was extremely thoughtful and very responsive leading up to the date. She did let me know that she had to re-schedule the time, was supposed to see her at 1pm but ended up being later at 4pm. Tara ended up making up to me due to me being understanding.
