Preferred provider wasn't available with the service. First time using this service, so I don't know if that's their standard MO. Madam asked what I wanted and corked to convince me of a couple alternatives. Settled on Tanya based on the verbal description - told she was new, but her pics would be on the website tomorrow - first mistake.
