I had seen Suzanne at this west metro apartment previously. Made contact a few days early to ensure I could secure an appointment for the day I wanted. Had knee surgery planned for the following week and knew that I would be out of action for a month or so.
Arrived on-time and Suzanne buzzed me into to a very nice apartment building. The last few turns can be a bit trickly, but since I had been there months earlier I got it right the first time this trip over.
Short version is I had a very good time and plan on seeing Suzanne a number of times a year. I think she has replaced my long-time ATF.
