Contacted Suzanne first through her website. Could not book an appointment as it had been some time since I had seen a provider and it was a pre-requisite. So sent a message through her website message board and she emailed me. Called and after a couple scheduling difficulties we booked an appointment. She was very outgoing and friendly and put me at ease immediately since I had not been with a provider in several years. Non-VIP: She is very willing and an excellent first time experience. VIP: below
