BI is an excellent agency, very trustworthy and super friendly people. BI ladies are always pleasant to see as well. It was just ok this time, maybe less. Maybe Susy was having a bad day, an expensive bad day for me.... it felt rushed and too mechanical. Will not repeat. VIP read the details...
