I read the other TER reviews and decided to see Storm based on those reviews from the community. Proceeded with her verification requests and was given the address in a low quality motel in Elk Grove. She kept me waiting quite a bit upon texting her at arrival even though we agreed on a time. After 30 min I went up to her room. Non VIPs, service was average and her hygiene was poor which was a huge turn off for me. As a result I do not recommend the effort.
