You do have to fill out the form on her website, and this process does seem very businesslike. But in my experience, at least, she was very quick to follow up on checking references. Within only a few hours, all the verification was done, though my TER profile and quick response to a couple of emails did help. The whole time throughout these exchanges, she seemed very friendly and eager to get to get the verification over with and meet.

Once everything was done, we set an appointment for the same day. Typical 2-call system turned to 4-call by my missing a turn. She was very sweet and friendly guiding me to her place, a very nice house in a so-so neighborhood. But inside her house is very nice.
