Set up with Sophia was relatively easy, except it took me 7 months to get up the courage, and then I essentially was booked a month before I saw her. My 1st book I had to cancel due to developing a rash on my back. Sophia understood perfectly and talked me through my disappointment in the following weeks. I felt it prudent to pay her cancellation fee too as I wanted to keep the door open and not be a time waster.
