Sophia is a warm friendly gal & very easy to talk to. Booking & screening were a snap, wish every provider was like her. I was late & she had no problem working with me & was very understanding. She was very complimentary & made me feel right at ease. A great conversationalist & easy going. she has all the things you want in a provider: professionalism, prompt, ect.
