Had to call a couple times to get a reply. Set up an appointment for a Friday night, drove about 45 minutes, she wasn't there. Told me we could meet the next day, I said OK, and guess what...no show again. She was super apologetic and promised to really make up for it and at half price, so I made an appointment for Sunday...she was there and very kind. Pics are accurate. Super comfy room and good attitude. Very good massage but probably won't repeat if I had to pay initial full price...more in VIP...
