The good part about the Peach Cafe is that I didn't need to verify with them, they just let me book an appointment. I chose Snow Flake from the available providers as I liked her photos. Yes, I know that most photos are heavily photoshopped, but what else are you going to use to choose a girl when you haven't seen any of them before.
