Finally had time to post this review from December and it was a memorable one. Perusing the TER boards, saw that a few providers were visiting and it just so happened that I was free for a day to two. Snow responded back very quickly (all email) and after a quick screen we set up a time in the evening. It turned out to be a fantastic night with a great lady with a perky smile and total enthusiasm.
