I arranged the appointment with Sheila over email. She is an excellent communicator and responds very quickly. On the day of our appointment, I called to confirm the time and the address of my hotel. She was very friendly on the phone and accommodated my request for her apparel. A very pleasant girl and was very enthusiastic during the session.
