My Phx regular had aunt flo visiting so I was forced outside my norm. I was in between TER VIP status so couldn't see the VIP section of Sierra reviews. Serves me right. Always keep TER VIP. A must for hobbyists. Anyways, she delivered as promised, was not ripped off but not the excellent service I've grown accustomed to.
