I sent an email thru TER and did not get a response. A couple hours later, I called and left a voice message. I immediately got a text message back and all arrangements were made by text messages. After references were checked, I received a text telling me the hotel. While on my way to the appointment, I received a text saying that Sidney was running about 15 minutes late. After waiting a half hour I got another text saying that Sidney was at the hotel and to come up to the room. She said she was sorry but got caught up in traffic which is not unusual in the DC area.
