Review: Sidney Starr

I am really into tattoos and piercings so when I was in the Northern Virginia/DC area on business recently and was looking for a well-reviewed provider to visit me at my hotel, Sidney was an obvious candidate. My only apprehension about her was that she seemed to have a reputation for not always being reliable in terms of punctuality. Her reputation for not being on time is well-earned. We exchanged e-mails and texts to make arrangements for her to visit my hotel the next day in the late morning for a 90 minute session. We settled on a time that was mutually agreeable. I dropped her a call and a text in advance of the appointment time to reconfirm and no response. Didn't hear from her until almost an hour after the appointment time. We eventually got together in the early afternoon (about 4+ hours after the planned time). I have nothing negative to say about the time we spent together - really enjoyed our interaction in person, but the process of getting to that point left a lot to be desired. I don't think we ever spoke on phone - just text messages and e-mails and me leaving her voicemails. Would I see her again? I wouldn't rule it out, but only if I had plenty of time in case the appointment slid well beyond the time I had in mind. It's a shame because with greater punctuality, she could be a top-notch option.
