Super easy set up. E-mailed Sheri with my RS2K info, she called back at exactly the time I asked, set up an evening appointment. The hotel room she got was great. She is exactly the lady in the pictures, a real knockout in person with a great personality, and really easy/nice to talk to. Anyway, dropped off the donation, went to take a shower, and when I came back we were ready to go. Non-VIPs she is great, give her a call. And while you're at it, get VIP, it's worth it!
