I saw shannons reviews and called her when I was in sac. Really nice on the phone, asked all the right questions, so we set up an appointment. I wasn't surprised she was an hour late, her reviews mentioned this, and she did call to update me. I met her at the door and she looked great. Very much like her photo's.
