General Details
Called the agency and arranged an appointment. Set-up was quick and efficient. That seemed to be the tone of the whole event. Arrived at the appropriate location and knocked on the door. I was greeted by the lady in the pics, but she is somewhat older than I expected. Met with a kiss and invited in. I placed my donation on the side table and she had me lie down.
