Shannon is easy to get ahold of and works in the far North of Phoenix. Not great for me but she was accommodating and offered to meet me half way. A classy lady. She makes you feel comfortable by spendinng some time getting to know you. We compared our once winning NFL teams with how they are doing today. A real sports fan and easy to talk to. But after the chit chat the fun began...
