Called Serena and left a message. She called back and we scheduled an hour for the next day. She told me to call her an hour prior to make sure she was awake and was still available...first red flag! I called at the time and left a message. 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time, she called back and said she just woke up and we set a time 2 hours later...second red flag! When we finally met, it was an average experience at best. I definitely will NOT repeat!!!
