Easy to arrange meeting. Phone calls and texts - very friendly and confident. Showed up on time, very relaxed and happy. We got off to kind of an awkward start...I was distracted by texts from my wife (oops). later Serena told me she is used to being dominant - and I was very dominant in our session, so I think it just took five minutes for her to figure out what i wanted and adjust accordingly.
