Called for a same day, short notice appointment. Bella suggested Serena but advised that during a move toa new apartment I would have to go to a hotel. Absolutely no problem for me.
Arrived a bit early but was told to wait five minutes and then go up to the room. A light knock on the door and Serena asked me in.
