I tried to be the first review for Scarlet, but a buddy beat me to it. I was held up because at the time last week, her web ad wasn't up and running......Oh well...
Scarlet has only been in the area (the USA!) for less than 4 weeks. I was referred to her by a top area favorite who was unavailable at my requested time. I was instantly ok'd for the desired time without any other screening, but I imagine that for the rest of you, it would involve the standard two references from other independents.
The location is in a very well-known complex not too far away off of the beltway near Tyson's Corner.
I only had a texted pic to go by and figured that I would TOFTT by the word of the provider that promised me that I wouldn't be disappointed.
At the appointed time, I walked up after getting the gate code to enter the complex. Parking was abundant and in a very safe area that doesn't arouse attention. Walked up to the door and without knocking, it swings open......
