Emailed a few days ahead of me traveling to Milwaukee for work and we exchange a few emails including providing references. When we met it was like talking to an old Freind as she is so easy going. After a lite conversation we decided it was time to move on to the fun stuff. She was very excited for the date and she leaned in for a kiss.
