General Details

Homework and communication before the visit are a good way of trying to make sure experiences are good ones. In this case, not so much. The reviews were good, the communication up to the time of the meeting was prompt and appropriate. As the meeting got closer, while the messages kept coming it was to inform of delays, getting lost, where was that hotel again, a need for gas, etc.. By the time the meeting actually happened, the anticipation and mood was gone which made the evening less than enjoyable.
